Chief Executive Officer – Partner
Tina has 30 years in local, philanthropic leadership. She has held director positions for a number of non-profits, including Zona Seca, Klein Bottle, SEE International, Santa Barbara Education Foundation, and Hospice of Santa Barbara. She’s also the founder of SB Philanthropy, which helps position businesses for greatest good for their charitable commitments. She has served on a number of charitable boards, such as Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation, Rotary Foundation Board, 1st District Commission for Women, Sarah House, California Avocado Festival, and the Alcazar Theater. Her current board commitments are Saint Francis Foundation and Compassionate Care Carpinteria. Tina uses her executive and management skills to help build stronger community offerings, which was taught to her by parents Nilo and Rosemarie Fanucchi.
Born and raised in Carpinteria, California, Tina received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in strategic management from California State University, Northridge. Chief Marketing Officer – Partner
Originally from South Africa, Leigh-Anne graduated from Varsity College in Durban with a bachelor’s degree is Marketing, PR, and Business Management. Her resume includes a stint at one of London’s top PR agencies, followed by her move to the United States, where she has continued in the industry for 22 years. Her work has earned recognition in top tier outlets such as Forbes Magazine, WSJ, Oxygen, The Food Network, USA Today and the Los Angeles Times. Leigh-Anne served on the board for C.A.R.E4Paws and continues to be volunteer. She is active in Parents for Canalino and donates her time to the Carpinteria Arts Center helping to host the Annual Artists Studio Tour. She is part of the founding team for Santa Barbara Restaurant Week, which in its first year donated back to the fire and flood victims in Montecito. Amy Marie Orozco

A champion of clear and direct communication, Amy’s career includes 20+ years of reporting, writing, and editing. Her byline credits include the Los Angeles Times, Santa Barbara News-Press, Coastal View News, Carpinteria Magazine, and Cat Fancy. She is passionate about using her talents to educate about and advocate for the good of cannabis. An active community volunteer, Amy serves on the boards of the Carpinteria Valley Historical Society and Catalyst for Cats. Her professional affiliations include membership in Association for Women in Communications, Santa Barbara chapter and founder of the improv troupe The Plaza Players. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University and an Executive Management degree in Pacific Rim Management from the University of Southern California.
